On April 8, 2009, the Swedish Medical Products Agency (MPA) has approved start of clinical Phase I trial using Aprea’s first Candidate Drug, APR-246, also denoted PRIMA-1MET in the literature. The Phase I study is planned to start during Q2 2009, in patients with refractory hematologic malignancies or prostate carcinoma. |
